What is Splurge®?

For those who enjoy the finer things in life, Splurge® is the way to order the products you love, straight from your phone. When you see a Splurge® mark on a product, simply scan and order more with the Splurge® App.

How do I download Splurge®?

Splurge® can be downloaded on iTunes as well as the Google Play store. For the most accurate results search “Splurge-Ordering Redefined”.

How do I create an account?

Once the Splurge® App has been downloaded simply follow the onscreen instructions and input your contact information. Once your account information has been completed , you are ready to Splurge®. You can also create an account on our website but any payment info must be entered within the app.

How do I pay for my Splurge® items?

Splurge® accepts any major credit or debit card, simply add card details to your account. We currently use Stripe as our secure payment processor.

Where do I pick up my items?

Please bring the order confirmation with you and a photo ID. If you’d like someone else to pick up your order for you, please contact the merchant directly.

Will Splurge® send me notifications?

Splurge® notifications can be customized. Within the app, under settings you can control how often you get notifications about the products in your Get It and Like It lists.

How can I send Splurge® products as a gift?

Splurge® is a great way to send gifts. Simply tap “Gift It’ on any product and enter the name and shipping information of the recipient. If using an iOS device the recipient’s information can be pulled from your contacts. If the contact is entered manually it can be saved for later use.

However, please note that the same item cannot be gifted and ordered for yourself in the same transaction. The duplicate items need to be ordered separately. When ordering and gifting different items, they can all be included in the same transaction.

How can I recommend products to other users?

At the bottom item screen, you can text or email a product to whomever you like. They will receive an image of the product and a link to download the Splurge® App so they can view the product detail.

Personal Information and Security

How is my payment information secured?

Your personal and payment information is encrypted with Stripe, our payment processor. Stripe have been awarded the most stringent security certifications available in the payment processing industry. For more information about Stripe security, please visit https://stripe.com/docs/security/stripe

Reset Password

To reset your password, open the Splurge® App and go to the "Log In" screen. Click "FORGOT PASSWORD" link and you will get an email to reset your password.

Marketing Consent

At the bottom of Account Settings there is a marketing consent toggle that can be turned on or off. This gives Splurge® permission to send users marketing material.

Ordering and Shipping

How do I place an order?

Once an item is your “Get It” list, you can proceed to the checkout at the bottom of the screen.

Can I have my order shipped?

From the settings page you can adjust the Merchant Order Settings. By clicking on the icons (blue indicates active) you are able to change your pick up/delivery preferences for each Merchant.

How do I pay for shipping?

Shipping costs will be bundled into the price by your merchant of choice. If you would like to see the detail of the shipping cost of an item, you can click on the Blue Delivery Van icon, and a drop down will provide the detail. International shipping will be available soon.

Where can I ship products?

Products can be shipped within the continental United States only at this time. Shipping of Alcohol is limited to the States which can accept home delivery.

Merchants and Products

Who are the Splurge® Merchants?

Splurge® Merchants are unique to every city. Look for the Splurge® cling sticker in store front windows or go to the interactive map on our website to view Splurge® merchants in your area. If you would like to recommend a Merchant for inclusion in the program, click the Recommend button at the bottom of the home screen and complete the fields – we will reach out to the Merchant right away.

How does Splurge® add merchants?

Splurge® is continually adding merchants, if you have a special merchant you’d like to order from, send their information to us using the Recommend button at the bottom of the app home screen.

Wish we had it?

You can recommend merchants with the Recommend button at the bottom of the app home screen. If there’s an item you love but it is not on Splurge®, send a picture of the item and any relevant information about the product(s) via feedback@splurge.works we will review the product and see if we can add it to the Splurge® database in your area.

How to become a merchant?

For merchants who wish to sign up, go to www.splurge.works and click ‘Merchant Sign Up.’ After you fill out the initial form, we will be in touch to get you fully enrolled.

Returns

How do I return a purchase?

Returns are handled by each merchant directly. Merchant contact information can be found on the order history screen in the product detail section screen on the app. Should you experience any difficulty send us an email via feedback and we will do our best to resolve the situation.
